Tranmere story
Edward Loyden was an English centre-forward who began with Blackpool and later represented Carlisle United, Chester, Shrewsbury Town and Barnsley before joining Tranmere Rovers in 1972. He subsequently played for Highlands Park in South Africa and Caroline Hill in Hong Kong. He died in 2025.
